- SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (peninsular)
Shipping costs within the peninsula are FREE on orders starting at € 89. In case of orders less than € 89, shipping costs within the peninsula are € 6.50.
- SHIPMENTS TO BALERIC ISLANDS
Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are € 8.50.
- SHIPMENTS TO EUROPEAN UNION
The rate for international shipments depends on the volume of your order. To find out the cost of shipping you simply have to put everything you like in the shopping cart and enter the name of your city, the shipping cost appears automatically.
We ship to France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Stonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia and Romania.
* No orders are sent to PO Boxes, consignments, or postal mailboxes of any kind.
ECOdECO delivers the orders to the courier service within the period specified in the description of each product. Delivery times are referred to business days and will not have such consideration on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Once delivered to the courier company, the delivery time is:
- Shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsular): 24/48 hours.
- Shipments to Balearic Islands: from 2 to 4 business days.
- Shipments to European Union: from 2 to 8 business days.
*We can not guarantee the exact day of arrival, as the carrier may be ahead or delayed for reasons totally beyond our control.
When you place your order you will receive several emails:
- The first will be the confirmation, where we will indicate that the order has been successfully completed and that we proceed to prepare it.
- We will send you another email as soon as we have it ready, in this email we will explain that we have already delivered it to the transport agency and that the deadline depends on the destination (You have it indicated just in the paragraph above).
- In the next 24 hours you will receive another email from the transport agency where you will be given the tracking code of your order so that you can know when the delivery is planned.
NO SHIPPING COLLECTION
In case a previously paid order is made available to the customer and the customer does not pick it up, we will try to locate it and facilitate its delivery as soon as possible. If not collected after the third delivery attempt, the customer must pay the amount of storage that the logistics provider covers to ECOdECO Mobiliario. In case of not being collected within 15 days the product will be returned to ECOdECO Mobiliario and the customer must pay the amount of the shipping costs.
RETURN BY BREAKING OR DETERIORATION
All shipments are insured so that your order does not take any risks and you can always receive them in perfect condition. But unfortunately, we can not put our hand in the fire by the carrier. So in case of receiving broken or damaged merchandise, send us an email to email@example.com with the incidence within a maximum period of 3 days from receipt of the order (please, as soon as possible, since in case of delay More than 3 days we can not be responsible for the damages suffered by breakage during the transport, since it would not cover the insurance of the carrier). As soon as you notify us of the incident, we will proceed to replenish the article at no cost to you.
RETURN FOR ANY CAUSES
In case you wish, once you have received your order you have a deadline of 14 to make the return. To communicate the return you just have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange the collection so that the transport agency will stop by your address to pick up the package.
The product must be returned complete, with all accessories included, original purchase invoice and product packaging. The packaging must be protected in the return by another additional packaging and all the elements must be in perfect condition and without signs of manipulation, deterioration, marks, scratches, etc. Otherwise, ECOdECO Mobiliario reserves the right not to accept the return.
Once we receive the return and verify that the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed to enter the amount of your order by subtracting the shipping costs (either one way or the other way back) to the current account you provide us.
